Thank you for your purchase of our custom hand poured candles. We hope you are thrilled with your order, but we understand that sometimes things go wrong. If your item(s) were damaged during shipping, please contact us at Dancingwindcandles@gmail.com or by filling out the contact form so that we can get started on a solution.
We deal with each return on a case by case basis and may opt to offer you a full or partial refund, store credit, or an exchange, depending on the item being returned and the circumstances. The key factor is to reach out to us as soon as possible so we can troubleshoot the problem. You will be required to submit photos of the item and packaging for review within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase is required.
RETURN POLICY
Private labels or hand poured scented candles are custom made and cannot be returned or exchanged.
